ALIGHTING FROM A TRAIN WHILST IN MOTION
David John Evans, Prince Llewelyn Terrace, Dolwyddelan, was charged with alighting from a train in Dolwyddelan whilst in motion.
Mr Huddleston appeared for the prosecution. John Edward Jones, stationmaster, Dolwyddelan, stated that on 16th October he saw defendant alight from the train whilst it was going at a rate of fifteen miles per hour. He called after defendant, and followed him to the highway, and told him he had previously warned him about the same thing. He gave the name of Henry Davies.
Defendant, who said he was sorry, was fined 2s. 6d. [12.5p] and costs.
